September 2, 2003 we were certified by the Oklahoma Department of             Commerce as a business incubator. We are the first             business incubator in Oklahoma City primarily focused on             entrepreneurial professionals such as accountants, attorneys,             investment advisors, insurance agents, mortgage brokers, etc.

Tall trees don't grow in the desert by themselves, they grow             together in the forest where the environment is conducive for             growth.

Like the forest, a business incubator provides the conducive             environment for a small business to grow and prosper.

We offer a number of services to enhance the development of small             businesses. These services include hands-on management             assistance, access to legal and accounting advice, networking             opportunities, and many more.

Our business incubator tenants also have access to shared office             services, conference rooms, flexible leases, and expandable office             space. These services coupled with professional management will             stimulate the growth and development of new and existing business             ventures in Oklahoma City.

Recent state legislation provides exclusion, for a period of             up to ten years, from state income taxation to tenants in a             certified incubator facility.
